i want to replace capacitors on a 5 H.P. BALDOR air compressor motor.Two are 261-240 MFD the third is unknown due to heat. Any idea what size that should be ?

Try searching for Baldor motors. or take the info to your local motor shop & buy the caps from them. With two starts & a run out you may not have a motor worth repaiiring. Check the start switch, bearings and windings first.
