What size EGC

I believe there is a misunderstanding in this . The way I read it is: "what size EGC should be run IN THE 3" conduit" I am just wondering what experience this poster has with installing underground service?

This is not nice. I was using the figurative meaning of bible. That means everybody in the field shall follow. The real bible is ...... I believe you know what the Bible is.
