Well I'll give it a try:

Material:

1 200 amp R-3 disconnect with a 2" hub in top (mounted between existing 2" riser and meter. 185.00

20' Galvanized 1 7/8" strut and misc. bolts and uni-nuts 35.00

80' 3/3/3/6 URD 189.00 sized for 65.5 amps + one size up for voltage drop

Misc. PVC conduit (10' 1 1/2") (10' 2") to run between box's 15.00

2" RMC nipple between top of disconnect hub and bottom of meter 6.00

3 burndys (split bolts) to extend load conductors in ATS 15.00

50' #4 green and compression butt splice to extend GEC to new MBJ location. 45.00

Misc PVC fittings, pipe straps, and hardware 15.00

Labor:

5 hours @ assembling of disconnect, unistrut, and ATS 475.00 @ 95.00 per hour.

trenching 70':
by hand 4 to 6 hours 380.00 to 570.00
By machine: 2 hours @ 175.00 hour 350.00

re wiring existing main service panel into a sub-panel and relocating GEC

3 hours 285.00

customer supplied generator handling 400.00

permit and inspection fee's? here would be 100.00

Over head @ 10% 211.50

profit 2500.00

total billable 4826.50

trenching was priced by machine since I have a trencher and locater for my own work.


Any alteration or deviations from the above contract will require a written and signed authorization and will be billed on a time and material bases above and beyond the original estimate.
Material supplied by others will not be covered by any warranty expressed or implied; labor will not be covered under manufacture warranty.



Here we don't apply tax's to out bids or billing so this will be subject to how your state handles this.

so it looks like you would be in the ball park around here, but I would beat ya on an open bid:D
