I love the way all the other trade subs operate, they charge day rates, and the GC better have the money ready at the end of the day, or all the subs will walk. and that GC will have a hard time trying to find anyone to complete the jobs.

The subs got this way, from many years of abuse from GC's now the GC's look for the green guys and mess with them. by the time they wake up the GC made his money and is long gone.

Lmao, dude you got me beat! I just pulled the old flat rate book and plugged in the numbers! When the guy told me how long it took, I plugged in the numbers and if it was my job I would have done very well.

A side note: How hot is it in NJ right now?

The dope that owns my house was just raking up the remains from the till job he did yesterday in the heat (That'd be me...LOL).

Right now it's 82? ...was 80? when I left at 6:15AM ...at the peak today, easily in the 90's..
Today's high temperature will top 95 degrees - Breaking News From ...

We were in the 90's today, I had to go into an attic at 11:00 this morining. Not the smartest thing I have ever done.

The question is not if you are a low-baller or not, but do you eat steak or hot dogs? :smile:
 
I personally stay away from too much red meat these days. I like to eat fish at least 3 times a week and once a week ill eat all veggies w some tofu. for breakfast Ill have yogurt or oatmeal...........wow that was a weak 800th post, but I couldnt resist. oops I mean 801
