When I decided to take my masters exam (after fifteen years of carrying a J-man card) the only studying I did was to take the 10 question code quizzes from this site evey morning (ussaully 2-3 quizzes). When I got to the point where I could answer the questions from the top of my head and get 8-9 out of 10 correct, I scheduled the exam. Passed on the 1st try.

Mike has a Nec prep book that I think is pretty good:

Has a lot of theory in it so if your weak there you'll be ahead of the game after going through it.
