Looking for some interpretatons: Pole with meter feedind an 8 crcuit weatherproof panel below, 1 1/4 pvc conduit runs underground from the weatherproof panel to a small metal building with a 100Amp main breaker panel fed off a 100 Amp breaker in the weatherproof panel.

a. do you need to run an EGC from the weather proof panel to the grounding buss of the 100A panel and not bond at this panel

b. do you not run an EGC from the weatherproof panel and re-establish the grounding at the metal building and bond the 100 A panel

Which code cycle are you referencing?

Under the 2008 you must run an EGC with the feeder, you will also have to establish a grounding electrode system at both locations but you will only bond the service panel.

'05 it might be a L&A panel
