What's Wrong Here ?

No, only problem, pipes were not all same size length or diameter giving an uneven resistance across the phases, causing the load to be unevenly distributed to the motor and heating of the parts,......lol
But is the or was the conductor on load side fuse connection far left a white one? And where did the red conductor kind of laying on the bottom suppose to go? Why was green ground wires going to the neutral bus and no white neutral wires?
When it is a 240V load & no neutral present, I use the solid neutral on a safety switch for the grounding conductor, just have make sure that the bonding screw is installed.
 
Before answering this question, we need to know if this installation was governed by the National Electrical Code or the Uniform Plumbing Code. 🤪
