He left out the word "or." He would like to get his old ID back, so he can get credit for the 40,000 posts or so that he made under the old ID. He can't seem to get through to the administrator. So he thinks he can get help from a moderator, such as a charlie or a ryan.

I sent an email to the administrator some time back. But I have not heard if or how the issue was resolved, or whether it even can be resolved.
