whats your "go to" calculation sheet?

so many excel sheets, software, websites engineers used to calculate everything, what you do use?
am trying to put a master excel sheet to pretty much do most of my calcs

I suppose it depends on what you are calculating.
I seem to have been generating excel spreadsheets all my life................:)
I don't think it have been done with a common master sheet.

A couple of examples from my field - power electronics - might explain.
Panel cooling air flow requirements.
Harmonic spectrum.

Mostly just voltage drop, fault currents, conduit sizing, and budget estimates. Lots and lots and lots of budget estimates.

Maybe you develop them and put them in different folders for commercial and technical?

My system was to allocate a job number for each enquiry. An EQ number. That was stored on the company network and a unique folder. It stayed as that number even if the enquiry didn't result in an order. All related documentation went in that folder. Just a way to organise it.

Oh, yes. Every project has a number, and every number has a folder on the network, even if its just a proposal that doesn't result in any paid work. It's been that way for at least 20 years now.
