When do you need an egc in parellel feeds from poco pan transformer 2400 amp 3 phase

Hello,

I am in class and have a set of prints that shows to install an egc in each conduit from transformer with the 6 sets of 4 600 mcm, they sized the egc at 1/0 why is this? We are to look over prints and find problems with it I find this may be one? Thank you for your time

don't say on prints ill email teacher see if he responds, when do you or don't you run an egc when the transformer ? ugghh so much stuff lol
 
Since this is the POCO service transformer the EGC is not needed.

This may help -- most transformers are an SDS

If this is not a utility transfomer, there still would not be an EGC between the transformer and the OCPD. There would be a supply side bonding jumper.
