When will there be evidence of 2011 accepted ROP

Reading through the ROPs for the next code cycle has me kinda excited/anxious about which ones will be accepted and what changes will come about.

When do we start seeing the ones that are accepted? Do we have to wait until the 2011 NEC is published or do they start announcing the changes earlier?

I believe that the Report on Proposals is due out in June. After the ROP's come out there will be time to make comments on the proposals that were either accepted or rejected.
