Where are y'all getting 320 amps 240 V single phase meter bases?

I found one . It looks like the lugs are to close together to install double lugs on the bottom. What would be your remedy for that ? It's a ringed type. Poco said that's okay.

Did you pull up a spec sheet for that? Many single lugs on 400 amp device are listed for 1 or 2 wires.

Thanks , looks like it's good for two cables. I'll likely install two 3/0 coppers
