Hello,

Where can I find in the Florida Building Code 2017 the illumination level required (normal power and egress) for: residential building corridors, elevator lobby, electrical room, pump room, lobbies, and building exterior?

No it isn't.

Egress levels are in NFPA 101 or IBC 1008 as mentioned. I recall there is a minimum of 10 footcandles normal lighting in occupiable spaces. There are requirements for elevator pits. Otherwise IES has recommendations.
