Spark igniters, electrostatic filters, pet training fences can all be over 1000 volts. May be components in microwave ovens or (nearly extinct) CRT televisions and computer monitors as well that operate over 1000 volts.

Then you said it was for solar.... the question is open ended and we would need to know exactly what you are looking for.

Solar DC is limited to 600V on single- or two-family dwelling rooftops.
