Where is pool bond wire ?

Look around the pump motor or timer, or any other equipment for the pool. You probably won't see it in the panel as its not required to be there.

ok,, it's running up the back of a 4x4 post which supports the pool panel.... and goes directly into the pool panel.
The aged copper actually blends in pretty nicely with the pressure treated post, which is covered in vegetation.
But anyway, goes directly into the pool panel, and I don't see split bolts or anything to make taps for the pump ground & heater ground....

That one is likely not part of the pool bond grid (more likely a panel grounding electrode).
As suggested above. Look at the pump.
