I was wondering what a good threaded plug everyone is using on PVC stub ups through slab? I'm doing FA's flush with slab and I'm trying to avoid duct tape. I was going to try taping a strand from marking whiskers on the side of the FA's to shorten my time on chipping them out, it will be around 250 - 300 stub ups total. Any thoughts or better ideas? I already got shut down on using GRC 90's as they have been my normal install for a few years now. Specs is allowing PVC above slab, but personally I don't want to spend countless hours chipping and repairing pvc stub ups. Other trades look at pvc stub ups as a target and challenge to break as many as they can.
I've heard good things about fiberglass 90s too but I've never used them, any input on fiberglass 90's and a good transition would be great too, thanks!
