Ryan was helping Mike with the seminar, and he felt it appropriate to dress the part. I suspect that he kept in his coat pocket a package of those "red tags" that Inspectors use to write up violations, just so he would feel more at home.
BTW: If you ever get the chance to attend one of Mike's Grounding and Bonding Seminars, I think you'll find it's a great learning experience.

Unfortunately, I could never have my picture taken with Mr. Holt. I see two pictures in a row with the "hand-on-the-shoulder" thing.
I prefer a comfortable distance.

I have a definite radius of personal space that I maintain around me at all times. I will step back once or twice than I will snap and 'explain' to the offender to BACK OFF.
