39 ft x 39 ft? What in the world? It must double as a dressing room or something.that's not too hard to believe.
Well, I can understand something like that....who's entire 1500 sq ft room above his garage was devoted to model railroading complete with a control room that stood up higher looking down over it all.
I actually went to the town meetings as it was in my town......500 to 2 me and Rennarts lawyer. It reminded me of the movie Frankenstein when they came to lynch him. Thank the lord the town supervisor was a friend of mine. He kept me away from the lynch mob.I heard of some upcoming new construction of a Large home, apprx 50,000 sq ft, in my area.....All I know is the owners name and current address....Does any one have any ideas on how to get my foot in the door? Or how you would try to get the work.....
They were trying to stop him from building a 100,000 sq foot house on 65 acres oceanfront. 29 bedrooms 33 bathrooms. Jealous they were .why did they want to lynch you?

..I was wrong ...he said the wifes closet is 1500 sqft.....
Does that require a receptacle? and can I still put a chandelier in it?
This would be very close to being considered a habital area
No it wouldn't. A clothes closet is a clothes closet. I dont care how big it is.
What if it is so big, the homeowner put a kitchen and a bathroom in one?
You know 480, you would fit in nicely with the instectors around here:roll:
se above in red
NOT!
Seiously... what if you had a closet so big, you put a kitchen and bath in it?
...........on the same token, what if you install clothes racks and shelves in a kitchen?......
I'd call that a design disaster.
