Anything that is UL 1449 4th Edition listed, Type 2 (permanently connected SPDs intended for installation on the load side of the service equipment overcurrent device). Residential will have low needs for

Nominal discharge current (In) rating
Maximum continuous operating voltage rating (MCOV)
Voltage protection rating (VPR)
Measured limiting voltage (MLV)
Short circuit current rating (SSCR)
 
there are a bunch of them out there. I suggest you get one that has some kind of external indication it has failed. they do eventually fail and need to be replaced.
