Who's lowballing in S Florida?

Maybe they are not looking at low balling it. Maybe they are taking the jobs at 5% under costs and considering it a long term vacation. That weather in Florida, it sure is nice. I guess it kinda makes a person want sun over money.

Majority of leins filed in my state are because of non payment on large commercial jobs not residential ones. Some of that of course I would attribute to the larger sums of money owed, vs its not enough to bother filing the lean, but fact still remains, for other than residential work it is just as crooked, if not more so.
