Wilkes-Barre PA Current NEC edition?

Does any one know what edition of the NEC Wilkes-barre is now following and when it is planning on changing? Is it NEC 2008 ????

NEC 2008 -- Found the answer to my own question...

That's a relief... it was a little disconcerning that a "master electrician" did not know what Code cycle was in effect in his area.
