Will this switch control a fan and light?

I have a smart switch. I can not understand all the abbreviations.
The resturant bath light dims or flickers.
My first thoughts are the switch is not rated for the fan and a light.
I can't tell what all the abbreviations are.

It's a restaurant bathroom. So they need the fan and light to come on. Incidentally the other bath wired the same way works with no problems.

It says near the end LEd

That model says it is for "2A Lighting", so I'd say it's not for fans. Maybe the other bathroom is using a different model number?

This page https://www.lutron.com/en-US/Produc...oOccVacSensors/ModelNumbers.aspx#SectionHead5 shows that model number, along with some other ones that are rated for fans as well.
