Window A/C on PV system

I had a guy ask me today if there is a window A/C made that can be used on a PV-battery system. Anyone here ever had experience with this issue?

:thumbsup: I have contemplated this and thought about having a contactor controlled by a small module so the AC would only come on when the sun is out. You get into big money real fast if you want to run off batteries for any length of time. I would look at that 33.5 SEER 3/4 ton fujitsu mini split.
