Wire insulation - insecticide

I blew some deltametherin dust into my weatherhead after removing a wasps nest from the enterior. I planned to leave the residual dust and not have to clean it out. Do you think the insecticide dust is harmful to the insulation/conductors? The wires are new thwn probably with the outer thermoplastic coating sheath.

Thx... now if it was a liquid based insecticide, i am assuming that might be an issue. Esp. If it was applied to bare conductors.
