I've always been told there's no labor savings pulling wire in underground conduit as opposed to overhead as there might be if it were conduits.
True? The setup of the reels would be the same whether pulling underground or overhead so I don't see any difference in time it would take.

Next questions, would you reduce wire pulling labor id you had a multiple sets( say 10+) next to each other as compared to one or two?

Anything that requires the use of ladders or other devices to access the workspace
always increases the labor.
As to the multiple sets, if the pulling equipment can remain in the same location and the reels can be set up on the same jacks, there is some savings.

Thanks. If you have say 10-15 sets, the reels need to be moved over slightly as you pull into different sets of conduits correct.
