In the past I very well would have run three browns to motor 1, three orange to motor 2, and three yellow to motor 3.Funny I'm not sure what the original poster is really asking. How I would do it if have 3 rolls each of brown orange and yellow, and set them up each on its own rod, top, middle, and bottom, to keep them separated for easy identification.

If he is asking if you should pull all conductors at one time, the answer is an unequivocal yes.
