First of all, what is the amperage??? ie.100, 150, 200?
There are alot of things missing from your post that makes it hard to answer.
You can't go 100' directly from the meter pole into the home. You have to have a disconnect adjacent to and not mounted to or in the home, within sight and not more than 30' from the exterior wall.....

MY APOLOGY,
I SHOULD HAVE MORE CLEAR ON MY QUESTION. THE METER POLE AND SOCKET ARE EQUIPPED WITH DISCONNECT ON THE POLE. THE AMPERAGE SUPPLIED WILL BE 200 AMPS. SO I GUESS IM ASKING WHAT SIZE WIRE SHOULD I USE FROM THE DISCONNECT WITH A 100' RUN GIVEN THIS ADDED INFORMATION. THANKS, VWEEKS

And we assume a certain level of knowledge on your part.
For example, are you familar with the grounding requirements for services? Clearances on overhead drops? Why a mobile home requires a four wire service?
You may be better off to get an qualified electrican to help you, you'll sleep better knowing its safe.
