Hi all and thanks in advance for any help.

Made a dumb mistake late last week when repairing a wire the carpenters had damaged on an existing home. Long story short we made an assumption about where the damaged wire went and we were wrong. Once we realized our error we'd already cut the existing wires to short to use anymore. Its in an area with vaulted ceilings and spray foamed walls. No way to gain access to replace the cut wire. Basically we cut off the switch loop side of the 3 way circuit. In that location I do have the option to get 110v power from an outlet below.

What I'm in need of is a wireless remote switch that will connect to a dimmer switch that is wired. Easy enough. But I'm in need of something that will work together with out a wi-fi network as this site has no wi-fi. So far I'm struggling to find a solution.

Also make sure to run the proposed solution by the homeowner. The owner doesn't have to accept anything other than an installation matching the original. Just because fixing the mistake is difficult or expensive doesn't make it the owner's problem.
