Wires crossing in a 3 phase disconnect

I should clarify: I'm not going to be installing this myself, but before I hand the plans to the electrician, I'd like to make sure it will work with the placement of the boxes and conduits as I'm drawing it up. There are also a couple of meter sockets for production meters, and those I can specify, of course, in top feed or undergound feed variations. The need to route the conduits into the safety switches a certain way will affect the relative heights and placement of all the boxes.
 
Thanks Larry, but the safety switch isn't on site yet. I'll have to find one to open up and look at it in detail.
I guess if it has line and load markings, that settles it!
