Yes but of the hot and neutral, which is which. I'm assuming the wide, long blade is ground.

They don't have ground there they have earth

If it’s machine control it will come under the IEC machine directive 2006/42/EC. If you’re exporting to the EU it would be a good idea to get a copy.
