Just that the text requires that you have two black wires, while the illustration requires that the wire connected to the load be black while the other, source wire could be any color.
Neither of those situations are necessary for a code compliant installation.
In addition to re-identified white wires in a switch leg, the ungrounded conductors in question could be red or blue or any other non-reserved color.
And, yes Augie, if you could not change the wire colors you would have to go back an buy a different switch to comply with 110.3(B).
