Wiring installation question

Well, you aren't going to use that plastic molding outside anyway. What have you got to put outside?

Nothing outside. It's all inside of the house. The exterior walls on the inside of the house are brick with a plaster finish.

Getting inside of these walls isn't feasible, just to add a few receptacles, if it's even possible. I don't know if there's even a void behind the brick to get conductors in if I did cut out for boxes but for what that would cost, they don't want them that bad.
