Wiring Question

If you have separate neutrals and using MC cable would you run separate MC cables like this or a multi circuit/neutral over to where there are a few devices with separate circuits.

I would follow the drawing.

I would run 2-wire cables.

Those all look close enough to the 12x12 boxes, anything other than 2-wire would be a waste
