Luck has it we stumbled upon this before it was energized.
The feed wires in and out are the dark blues, which should have been spliced to the red wire going to the fuse holder.
We can't figure out why he thought whites should be with the bright blue output wires?
As for the output reds? Well the fuse wire is red, and the dark blue hots had to go some where.
That doesn't explain the one where he put the reds and blues together, I'm not sure were gonna figure that one out either.
