Wiring Two Lights

I have two lights that need to be wired, two three-way switches, one four-way switch, and a single along with an outlet. If you could help me with the wiring (a drawing or detailed explanation is fine) that would be much appreciated. Please include the terminals so I can see which wires go where (including splices per box).

I do have the wires color coded for reference:

Power = Black
Switch Legs = Red
Travelers = Purple/Blue
Neutral = White
Ground = Green

Your drawing makes no sense. You've got four switches, one if which is a single-pole. Do you want the 3way/4way to control one light and the SP to control the other? What color wires... are where in the circuit? What about the outlet.. does it need to be switched as well?
