Wiring-up two legs of a 3-pole breaker

Hi Gents,
Do you see any issues with using a 3-phase breaker for an application where only one phase would be utilized? I have 1-phase, 208V load, but no spare 2 pole breakers.

There are some low cost European style breakers out there that require you to loop power back through the 3rd pole, but those are not the type that are used here in panel boards and load centers. American designed breakers don’t care.
