Make sure the neutral is at zero volts to a genuine ground.
I did not test for any voltage on the neutral buss.
Maybe an appliance (Range/Dryer etc.) is leaking voltage into the neutral and causing chaos!? Interesting!

..AND, the 14-2's ALL went down the same exact hole next to the door leading into the house!?!? ..
Bundled wires in one location. Lightning.
Time to get the megger out.
