I did not test for any voltage on the neutral buss.
Maybe an appliance (Range/Dryer etc.) is leaking voltage into the neutral and causing chaos!? Interesting!
Within a few days, ALL (6) AFCI Breakers begin tripping?

I agree that is not likely to be the problem.
It would have to leak to the "load side" neutral of the AFCI to cause it to trip. "normal" neutral current from those appliances returns to the "supply side" neutral bus. It also would need to somehow fault to all six load side conductors to effect all six breakers.
It also should be be more obvious that tripping only happens when such appliance is in use if that were the case.
