(some have said more like the bar after work).
Start with the RivieraIn addition to my last post, I'll be fair and say not all of the casinos are maintained by LU 501. Some are just in house staff with no union affiliation and to be honest both union and non union have their problems. Our AHJ is in the process of reinspecting every major casino in town, and every property has major life safety violations as well as minor and they vary from missing smoke seals on rated doors to additions and remodels of entire floors without permits
So to be clear, I was not taking any "shots" at any union or non-union.![]()
Start with the Riviera![]()
Actually the Imperial Palace and the Rio have been under investigation for more than a year already and reinspections are under way at the Orleans, Excalibur, Treasure Island, Tuscanany, Monte Carlo, Circus Circus, Tropicana and there are about 46 more properties to be inspected during the next year
Can I help?
I am. I only spend minimal amounts of time there because I'm a bit of a prude and don't care for the language and non-professional talk that goes on at times.
Like Iwire said, Mike's is the professional office and e-talk is the break room (some have said more like the bar after work).
Kevin,
Fisk Pulled all 30 of their guys at FB, Bombard is talking about laying off 500 electricians, and I got caught up in the "wipeout" of 200 + electricians at Conti.
Hard times just hit Vegas like a wrecking ball. 300 + guys on Bk 1 and over 1100 on book 2.
Think I'm going to be going north.
