Well, I have my top guys pay set at 81 per hour. For 40 hour week, 45 days out of country. plus their profit share. It's not that big of a job. but, I feel we will be going back to do more, if we do in fact get this one. I fear I am leaving a lot of money on the table. I don't want to be greedy, but, I don't want to be taken advantage of either. Or, under cut anybody either. Or should I just come up with a rate per day, per guy? just in case we get stuck over there, for longer?
