Nice bends man, what kind of connector is that where the cord enters the emt?
i
totally off the subject, but worth mentioning, when trying to pull wire
thru stuff that looks like this, are the stainless steel fish tapes. they
are about $20 bucks more than a carbon steel tape, and they are
amazing at going around corners. friend of mine tried one, and took all
the tapes off his truck and replaced them with SS tapes, they are that
good.
Looks like EMT to me - and well done, too!
Which mfr. made the ones you friend liked so well? Ideal? Greenlee? ??? Do you know if they're offered as refills for existing reels? Thanks.

If you have a surplus of those fixtures, I'm envisioning a tree... Mount four (or six, or EIGHT!) of those fluorescents on a telescoping pole... You could make them all facing different directions for 360 degrees of imitation-daylight. Or maybe you could have a battery of them all focused on one spot....
It would be the brightest portable light... KNOWN TO MAN.
Oh, you could get so carried away with this.

Beautiful pipe work!
And I love the 3M model 33 connector... do they sell those, or do you have to make your own?
So... how much for a light?
I'd have been really impressed if the coupling hadn't been in there.
like marc, i also have a retarded man who i give simple assembly work
to.
unlike marc, however, i live in california, land of sensitive awareness,
so the proper terminology is a handicapable helperson.
as for asking the light's price......
you're mean. pffffttttt.....![]()
