I went bid. High. Rather make a lot more than t&m. I just subbed out all concrete cutting.
Now I don’t have to worry about all that crap some one else does lol

Well, you kind of do. He's your sub, so scheduling him and supervising is your responsibility. If he can't meet the client's schedule, as far as the client is concerned, that's going to be your problem.

Concrete cutters are so much better at the job than us I've done saws and coring but man they bust it out and dead on if they're good.

No disagreement from me. The good ones save you so much time and headache. Even the fair to middling ones are worth it.

Sub was wrong term. Client is dealing with them. I just referred them.
