writing tests

I have the SNAPZ instructor pro software for making test questions but am having trouble with printing., It prints the letters on top of each other or very/very close to each other.

Have anyone of you guys run into this? If yes any solutions?

On a second note, what software do you use to generate test questions for your class?

I use the PDF version of the code and Openoffice Spreadsheet. I do the calculations using the spreadsheet and also use the spreadsheet to layout the questions, multiple choice answers and area to supply code references. Usually the correct answer counts for 10, each proper code reference for 1. No penalty for wrong guesses or wrong code references. I build the answer sheets using the same pattern. I always provide the answer sheets after the tests are collected.
