Wrong Screw? That's not the real problem!

It looks like the 05 prohibited the use of sheet metal screws but 08 specifies the methods permitted . There are 8 listed

I think by permitting the 8 items it automatically prohibits the sheet metal screw and sheetrock screws etc.
