WTB: Concealed Receptacle Floor Box with Flush Cover

I'm trying to find a floor box for a wood floor with a concealed duplex receptacle. the cover must be completely flus and not flanged like the Hubbell 6239. The box can be rectangular or round. Anyone ever find one of these??? I did also find a LEW RCFB, but it too does not appear to have a true flush cover.

Thank you Stickboy, but this is not a concealed receptacle box. The concealed receptacle part meant that only the cord sticks out through a hole or grommet and the receptacle is "concealed" well enough below the cover so that the plug does not protrude past the floor plane.

You are correct on the hole saws if I remember correctly, and LEW even sells as an accessory a hole saw with both sizes on one arbor; I have always just used two hole saws without incident.

The plate shown on your part does meet my customers requirements of what I am calling a "true" flues cover; ie. you can't trip on it and the $xx,xxx custom area rug will not bulge where the floor box is.

What you are describing would be a violation of 400.8(2). Even if it could be done how are they planning to use it with a rug laying over it? Wouldn't the cord still cause the rug to bulge?

The more I think about this the more I think you will need a finish carpenter to custom make some sort of recessed compartment with a flush cover matching the floor that you can install a standard box into the bottom of.

Yep, I actually came across this exact scenario, a piece of the floor lifted up, receptacle located below, notch in the flooring for the cords to slip by.

they make round ones as well.... fully configurable inside.... they are $800 wholesale. each. without accessories
for barbie or anything. and they stick up a little bit....

time for the cabinetmaker to go to work, making a custom box with a rabbited lid that sits flush and a
little cord hole routed into the edge... if he's good, you'll just see a hairline scribe, and the little half inch
hole that doubles as a way to get the cover off the box.
 
Depending on what the floor is made of you could rout out the floor to match the flange so the top if the flange is level with the floor surface.
 
So it is OK in a wood floor?
