I have a machine that requires a transformer from 480 to 240 3 phase. I also some auxillary equipment that needs 240v. Can I mount a fusible disconnect and a 4" x 4" box with say a L15-30r Receptacle to the side of the transformer ?

This would be to power my piece of auzillary equipment ?

I would have to get Lugs for the transformer so I can attach two sets of wires to the secondary side.

Does this machine have it's own built in transformer or are you installing a transformer specifically to supply the machine? Your question is a little vague......

There is nothing wrong with feeding both of your loads with the same transformer as long as it is rated for the load, but I wouldn't mount anything on the transformer itself. Doesn't seem like a good idea.
