Using the word feeder in relation to transformer secondary conductors just leads to confusion.
We are not going to agree on this one.

If you don't call them feeders, then none of the requirements of Article 215 would apply to them.

I just don't see how, if people don't read/comprehend what the Code says, that moving a certain section somewhere else will remedy that problem.
