I don't see any grounding of the neutral point in the diagram. It shows the primary neutral connected to the secondary neutral, but it's labeled 'neutral disconnect.'Does this trasnformer have a Y-Y solidly grounded Primary and Secondary?
The nameplate only shows that a single H0/X0 bushing is available. It does not say that bushing needs to be solidly connected to ground. It really depends on the primary service. However, it would be very unusual, and present some issues, if this type of Y-Y connection is used on any system that is not solidly grounded on both the primary and secondary. But, if the H0/X0 neutral link was removed/broken, then the transformer could be used in almost any application.Does this trasnformer have a Y-Y solidly grounded Primary and Secondary?
The only thing I can go by is the statement "tank must be solidly grounded"
