I remember when around here and in Florida, those strippers with the diamond opening was the rage. The problem with them was most would not set the set point screw and would nick the wires. T-strippers are now the rage and for the last 4 years I have been using the ones with the curved handles. I've gotten so use to them that when I tried to use the straight handle ones they felt awkward. But even with T-strippers when you go to strip the wire they must be square with the wire or they can nick it.
