if this is a new house, i'd have to guess that the GC is the hack and the only competent person on the job was the elec sub. siding is ugly and when the grass grows the weed eater will eat it, no concrete under condensor that i can see. do you have more pictures?

I see this kind of thing ALL THE TIME where they spend more time and materials to do poor installation? He has a bender but used ells :-?

Put the disco where the cable exits the wall and flex to the unit.

The house is on my way home from work, near Wilkes-Barre, PA (100 miles N of Philly). Interesting thing is that I never noticed how different the layout is - I was always concentrating on the red stone lawn.

It is one of three that I know of - the other two have much larger lawn areas.

It looks like the homeowner just tore down the porch that usually spans the whole width of the front and put up what you see in the picture. You might be able to make out the common porch style in the background on the pic.
