Wouldn't a nipple give you 60%

Sorry I was going by my cloudy memory. And I had just finished my quarterly tax forms. You know the one where you add 25% divided by 12% to derive at the 31% minimum adjusted tax rate. ( I just love the State of Alabama)

Is it a nipple? Can you use 53% fill?

Without looking in the code, I thought 53% fill is for 1 conductor. 60% is for a nipple.

A lot of the time the standard fill works but there are several occasions where it does not..
